Sherine Mohsen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people engagement and vendor support. Currently a Senior People Engagement Specialist at TPAY MOBILE since February 2018, Sherine has played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and HR functions. Previously, Sherine worked at Jumia Egypt from October 2016 to February 2018, initially as a Vendor Support Center Agent, where responsibilities included resolving vendor issues and improving the vendor experience, and later as a Customer Service Representative, managing inbound and outbound communications and handling customer vouchers. Sherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Cairo University (2012-2016) and a High School Diploma from Saint Clare's College.
