Tamer El-Emary

Tamer El-Emary is an experienced executive currently serving as Group CEO of GB Capital SAE since September 2022 and as Non-Executive Chairman of TPAY MOBILE starting January 2023. Additionally, Tamer holds positions as Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor at RiverBank S.A. since November 2019. Previously, Tamer was Chief Operating Officer at Thunes from September 2020 to August 2022 and held various senior roles including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Partnership Officer at WorldRemit from June 2017 to September 2020. Tamer has extensive experience in leadership positions at prominent companies such as MasterCard and American Express. Academically, Tamer holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master of Arts from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University.
