Sharon L Parks is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and materials management, currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Manager at TPC since June 2018. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Director of Materials Management at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. from August 2008 to February 2017, where responsibilities included conducting root cause analyses, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and negotiating pricing with vendors. Earlier in the career, Sharon was a Materials Manager, focusing on contract compliance, inventory management, and cost reduction strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a forthcoming Certificate in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from Oregon State University.
