Doug Carlton

Doug Carlton has over 38 years of experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Interim Site Manager for Port Neches and Lake Charles Operations at TPC Group since June 2006. In this role, Doug is responsible for the safe operation of multiple C4 processing units, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and production plans. Previously, Doug held several key positions at TPC Group, including Production Manager and Quality Manager, overseeing significant production capacities and quality assurance systems. Prior experience includes a decade at Huntsman as a Laboratory Supervisor/Staff Chemist, managing QA/QC systems, and nearly a decade at Texaco/Texaco Chemical as a Senior Chemist focusing on QC activities and technical support. Doug earned a BS/MS in Chemistry from Wichita State University.
