Chavalit Frederick Tsao

Chavalit Frederick Tsao is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Since January 1995, Tsao has served as the Family Business Steward and Chairman of TPC (Tsao Pao Chee), a fourth-generation family enterprise with diverse global interests. Tsao is also the Founder and Chairman of the AITIA Institute, and the Founder and CEO of the OCTAVE Institute, both established to foster personal development and well-being. Additionally, Tsao holds leadership roles such as Chairman of the Ambassador's Circle for FBN-The Family Business Network and Founder & Chairman of Family Business Network Asia. Previously, Tsao served as a Board Member for The Family Business Network and as Chairman of INTERCARGO, advocating for quality dry cargo shipowners. Tsao earned a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan.
