Ramesh Kharat

Ramesh Kharat currently serves as the Head of Metering and Meter Data Analysis Group (MDAG) at TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited since July 2023. Prior to this role, extensive experience at TATA Power included positions such as Business Unit Head, Head of Revenue Billing, and Head of Network Planning & Consumer Engineering, specializing in meter installation, billing, and energy accounting. Ramesh also worked as a consultant for commercial process re-engineering at EKO Distribution Company in Lagos, Nigeria, and held various roles at Reliance Energy, MSETCL, MSEDCL, and BSES Mumbai, focusing on metering and engineering tasks. Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Sardar Patel College of Engineering and a Licence Electrical Engineer degree from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
