Bill Kao, MBA, CHIA is currently the General Manager at Sheraton Suites Wilmington. With a strong background in hospitality management, Bill has held various positions at reputable companies such as Sonder Inc., Concord Hospitality Enterprises, and Bear Creek Mountain Resort. Bill's experience ranges from opening and managing hotels to owning and operating restaurants. With a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Recreational Management from Penn State University and an MBA from Capella University, Bill continues to excel in the hospitality industry. Currently pursuing a Certificate in Hotel Industry Analytics at Northampton Community College, Bill's dedication to learning and improving their skills is evident in their successful career trajectory.
