Amanda Hastings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health plan client management and analytics. Currently serving as a Process Innovation Leader IV at TPG, Inc., Amanda oversees a multi-million dollar portfolio, providing strategic insights to enhance member transactions and experiences. Previously, as Manager of Client Analytics at Decision Point, Amanda leveraged predictive datasets to improve member care and drive client retention. Amanda's career also includes significant contributions at Centene Corporation in predictive analytics and data science, alongside earlier roles in regulatory affairs and compliance. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Health Law from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in British and American Literature from the University of South Florida.
