Michael Nicholson

Michael Nicholson is a seasoned professional in project portfolio management with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Principal Business Consultant and Senior Consultant at TPG The Project Group since October 2019, Michael focuses on Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Prior to this role, Michael was with Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg as an MBA student from August 2015 to May 2019. With a solid background at Seidenader Maschinenbau GmbH as a Project Manager and Project Engineer, Michael led technical and operational aspects of customer and pilot projects while managing interdisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with GAMP5. Additional experiences include roles at QUISS GmbH, Softing, and earlier positions as an Industrieelektroniker. Michael holds various professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) and has comprehensive academic qualifications in business administration and project management.
