Jessica Kim

Jessica Kim currently serves as Director of Human Resources at TPG, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Jessica held the same title at Taconic Capital Advisors from April 2022 to May 2023 and progressed through various roles at TPG, including Senior Manager and Manager of Human Resources from September 2018 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Generalist position at Rockwood Capital, National Human Resources Coordinator at Andersen Tax, and several other HR roles at Rothstein Kass, Blackstone Technology Group, and Innovations PSI. Jessica holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources from Cornell University, obtained in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Davis, earned in 2010.
