Mahea Schuman has a diverse background in human capital and talent operations, currently holding a position in Portfolio Operations at TPG. Previously, Mahea served as the Director of Talent in Portfolio Operations at North Equity and held roles as an Executive Talent Consultant. Experience in recruitment includes serving as an Executive Recruiter at Heidrick & Struggles and working as both a Business Development Manager and Recruiter at StaffBright. In addition to their corporate roles, Mahea is also a Yoga Instructor at Various Studios. Mahea earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing at Loyola University Chicago.
