Regina Skidmore

Regina Skidmore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data strategy and management. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Data and Reporting at TPG since May 2019, Regina previously held the position of Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Strategy at Southwest Airlines from August 2011 to May 2019, where responsibilities included establishing a multi-year vision for data usage and integration. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Hitachi Consulting, where project management and business development were key duties, and Technical Lead at UT Southwestern, overseeing a website restructuring project. Regina began her career as a Senior Software Engineer/Consultant at Encore Development, specializing in web content management systems. Educationally, Regina holds an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a B.S. in Mathematics from Saint Mary's College.
