Tom Badenski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tom started their career in 2007 as an Assistant Manager/Sales Associate at Perani's Hockeyworld. Tom then worked as a Hockey Instructor/Camp Counselor at Planet Ice Skating Center and as a Training Camp Assistant Hockey Coach for the Pittsburg Junior Penguins U16 AAA team in 2009.
From 2009 to 2013, Tom served as the Head Student Equipment Manager at the University of Michigan. Following this, they worked at Enterprise Holdings as an Assistant Branch Manager/Account Executive from 2013 to 2016. Tom then joined Thomson Reuters as an Associate Account Representative for a brief period before becoming an Assistant Coach for the Bullson Bulldogs at Soo Michigan Hockey Association.
In 2017, Tom held the position of a Loan Representative at Central Savings Bank while also serving as the Head Coach for the St. Ignace Saints at St. Ignace Hockey Association. In 2019, they transitioned to Total Package Hockey as the Coordinator of Hockey-Operations and Programming for their Detroit division. Tom later became the Manager of Operations and is currently the Head of Divisional-Operations at Total Package Hockey.
Tom Badenski attended the University of Michigan from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree in Management. In addition to their formal education, Tom also obtained a USA Hockey Level 3 Coach certification from USA Hockey.
