Katelyn Thiessen

Katelyn Thiessen is a skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience at TPI Composites, Inc. since January 2019, currently serving as Human Resources Program Manager. In this role, Katelyn supports talent management, performance improvement, and engagement strategies while collaborating with various teams to enhance succession planning and diversity initiatives. Previous positions include Human Resources Program Leader, where focus was on global DE&I initiatives and CSR plans, and Community and Associate Relations Leader and Coordinator, managing community engagement and communications.
