Madhan Kumar Pandian

Madhan Kumar Pandian is an experienced NDT Engineer with a background in ultrasonic testing and composite inspection. Since August 2019, Madhan has been with TPI Composites, Inc., specializing in ultrasonic inspections of composite wind blades using advanced PAUT technology and analyzing data with PS4 and PS5 software. Previously, from May 2016 to July 2018, Madhan worked at Siemens Gamesa, conducting 100% ultrasonic testing on windmill blades and verifying thermography reports. Earlier experience includes a role at NDE Inspection from March 2013 to January 2016, where Madhan performed ultrasonic, penetrant, and magnetic particle inspections. Madhan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Trichy Engineering College, obtained in 2012.
