Rajaram K

Rajaram K has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources in India for TPI Composites, Inc. Rajaram has also held leadership positions at The Ramco Cements Limited and Ford India Private Limited. Rajaram has demonstrated their expertise in various companies, including Ford Motor (China) Ltd. and HCL Technologies. Their work experience spans over two decades.

Rajaram K pursued their education at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained an M.Sc. in Chemistry and MMS in Management. Prior to that, they attended the National College Higher Secondary School from 1989 to 1991. Rajaram also holds certifications in Certified Organization Development Professional from Ford Motor Company (obtained in 2011) and Change Management Professional, also from Ford Motor Company.
