Sathish Jayaraj

Sathish Jayaraj has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sathish currently holds the position of Director of Operations at TPI Composites, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Strategic Projects and Service at the same company from September 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining TPI Composites, Jayaraj worked at RENOM Energy Services LLP for four years, from 2017 to 2021, as Vice President. Sathish also held the position of General Manager at the same company from 2015 to 2021.

Jayaraj's earlier experiences include serving as General Manager at OMKAR CLEAN ENERGY SERVICES PVT LTD in 2014 and as Senior Manager in Rotor Blade Technology & Turbine Quality at GVSL- Garuda Vayu Sakthi Ltd from 2013 to 2014.

Sathish'scareer began in 2000 at LM Glasfiber India Ltd., where they held various roles including Manager of Production. Sathish also worked at glasfiber (India) Pvt Ltd and Glasfiber (India) Pvt. Ltd in managerial positions related to production.

Throughout their career, Jayaraj has demonstrated expertise in operations, strategic projects, service, and quality management, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

Sathish Jayaraj obtained a postgraduate diploma in business administration with a focus in operations management from Symbiosis International University in 2013. Sathish also received a diploma in industrial safety and a B.Tech degree in chemical engineering from Annamalai University in 2000. Earlier, they completed their secondary education, earning an S.S.L.C degree in computer science from Sree Venkateshwara Matr.Hr. Sec School in 1995. Additionally, Sathish Jayaraj has an additional certification as an IRCA Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 from the IRCA - International Register for Certified Auditors.
