Dayna Iphill

Dayna Iphill has a diverse work experience in the field of art and design. Dayna started their career as a Creative Services Assistant Intern at Lighthouse Guild, where they designed projects for visually impaired individuals. Dayna then worked as a Graphic Artist Intern at the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services, where they developed marketing collateral and collaborated with clients. Dayna also worked as a Junior Graphic Designer at Crystal McKenzie, Inc., collaborating on signage design projects. Dayna later joined the Salvation Army Family Store as a Graphic Designer, creating designs for various purposes. Dayna then became a Campbell Ewald Creative Fellow, gaining experience in a creative agency environment. Dayna also participated in the 4A's MAIP Fellowship as an Art Direction Fellow, engaging in professional development and networking opportunities. Dayna worked as a Substitute Teacher at the Fortbend Independent School District, providing education in middle and elementary schools. Most recently, Dayna has worked as an Art Director at c0ffe3 and TPN, and as a Digital Docent and Digital Apprentice at E4 Youth, where they curated social media posts, conducted background research, and created virtual reality content.

Dayna Iphill completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Communication Design at City Tech, CUNY from 2014 to 2018. Dayna then pursued a Masters in Science in Integrated Marketing Communications at Eastern Michigan University from 2018 to 2020.
