Holly Kennedy has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user-centered research. Holly currently works as the Lead Design Manager at TPXimpact, where they lead user-centered research and design programs and shapes design operations. Previously, they were the Head of User-Centered Design at Difrent, where they established the design capability and supported the development of a talented design team. Holly also worked as a Senior UX and Service Design Consultant at Capita and held various roles at Orange Bus, including Senior UX and Service Design Consultant, UX Researcher and Designer, and Account Manager. Additionally, they have prior experience as a Sales Assistant at New Look.

Holly Kennedy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Northumbria University from 2011 to 2014. Holly also has various additional certifications including Systems Thinking in Healthcare from Coventry University, Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, Introduction to Content Design from Government Digital Service, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, and Google Analytics Certification from Google.
