Gayle Lee

Gayle Lee is an accomplished Lead Design Researcher at Laerdal Medical since December 2018, focusing on empowering cross-disciplinary collaboration to leverage research-driven insights for improving medical products and strategies. Lee has held several key positions including Service Design Manager, leading a team of service designers and ensuring effective coaching and mentorship across global locations. With previous experience as a UX Researcher at Telenor, Lee engaged in significant UX research projects, including a digital identity service with over 20 million users. A history of consulting for diverse firms and serving as a Board Member for Vitroscope further highlights expertise in design, innovation, and user research. Lee's educational background includes a B.S. in Product Design and a Coterminal M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
