Shaun Kayll

Shaun Kayll has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Shaun currently holds the position of Head of Talent (Interim) at TPXimpact, where they assumed the role in November 2023. Prior to this, they were a Talent Business Partner at the same company, starting in September 2021.

Shaun also has experience in technology recruitment consultancy, having worked as a Senior Talent Consultant at Client Server from November 2020 to August 2021. Before that, they were a Talent Acquisition Lead at Tecknuovo, a challenger consultancy specializing in digital transformations, from January 2017 to October 2020.

Shaun's earlier experience includes roles at eSynergy Solutions, where they worked as a Principal Consultant - Digital & Technology Transformation Solutions and a Senior Consultant - Digital & Technology Transformation Solutions. Shaun also started their career as a Trainee Consultant at eSynergy Solutions.

Additionally, Shaun has experience outside the technology industry, having worked as a Membership Consultant at Total Fitness and an Energy Advisor at Kingfisher plc.

Shaun Kayll attended Holy Family High School from 2003 to 2008. Shaun then pursued A-Levels at Holy Family Sixth Form College from 2008 to 2010, focusing on English Language and Literature, I.T, Psychology, and General Studies. Finally, Shaun studied at the University of the West of England from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bsc (Hons) degree in Computing with a specialization in Information Technology.
