Stefano Pisoni has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Stefano is currently serving as the Managing Director of TR VIC S.p.A., a company specializing in the production and distribution of customized screws for industrial users. Prior to this, they worked at Proma Group as the Plant Manager and BU Director, overseeing two plants dedicated to stamping and welding aluminum parts for Alfa Romeo.

Before their time at Proma Group, Pisoni held the position of Operations and Quality Director at Prysmian Russia LLC, where they managed two cable production plants. Stefano also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Stefano Pisoni Consulting, specializing in manufacturing processes optimization, sales development, and reorganization.

Pisoni has held executive roles such as CEO and General Manager at GDS Sirci Gresintex Dalmine Resine S.r.l. and Sirci Gresintex S.p.A., where they played a key role in increasing turnover and expanding the company's export market. Stefano also served as General Manager at Sirci S.p.A.

In addition, they have obtained certifications in CybSafe Security Awareness and INNOVATION MANAGER.
