Debra Torres

Debra Torres is a seasoned logistics and operations professional with extensive experience in the transportation and intermodal industries. Currently serving as the Regional Chassis Pool Manager at TRAC Intermodal since December 2012, Torres oversees chassis pools in Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure supply continuity. Previous roles include ownership of Thunderbird Truck Management and Material Handling and CEO of Thunderbird Logistics Group LLC, where logistics solutions were optimized for clients. Torres also held several managerial positions at APL, including Manager of On Dock Rail Operations and Manager Terminal Yard and Gate Operations, demonstrating strong leadership in rail and terminal operations. Early career experience includes roles at Rialto International as an Air Cargo Manager and as President of Mt View Construction, showcasing a diverse background that combines industry-specific expertise and business management.
