Andrew Shipley

Andrew Shipley serves as the Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Trace Machina, where innovative technologies are developed by a highly skilled engineering team, starting in June 2024. Previously, Andrew held the position of Chief of Staff and Director of Legal Operations at EeroQ Quantum Hardware from June 2023 to June 2024. Co-founding Mrkt Analytics from July 2017 to May 2023 focused on utilizing NLP and predictive statistical modeling to deliver insights for legal and financial service providers. As the Founder and Managing Member of AGS Law from August 2016 to March 2023, Andrew's legal expertise was further developed during tenure as an Associate and Law Clerk at Gunderson Dettmer from September 2013 to August 2016. Andrew’s academic background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School, a DPhil in Political Psychology from the University of Oxford under the Rhodes Scholarship, a Fulbright Scholarship at Victoria University of Wellington, and a summa cum laude BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Oregon, where Andrew was a Phi Beta Kappa member.
