Carl Reid

Carl has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He began the first 16 years of his career at the University of Michigan Health System as a clinician and later as Director of Respiratory Care. Since that time he has been involved in medical product sales, distribution, biomedical service, and equipment rental. This experience has included product development and FDA approval at Specialized Products Inc., product distribution and equipment rental at Associated Medical Supply, and later for Critical Care Concepts. The combination of clinical, administrative, and private sector business provides him with a unique understanding of the utilization and application of medical devices.

Carl’s role at Trace Medical is both operational as well as financial management. Frequent dialogue with customers and caregivers allows Trace to continually support solutions that allow for optimum patient care with the latest in technology, affordably.

Carl is a Registered Respiratory Care Provider and he is licensed in the state of Michigan. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Siena Heights University.
