Daniele Camanni, PMP

Daniele Camanni, PMP, has extensive work experience in various roles within the professional services field. Daniele currently serves as the Global Head of Professional Services at Trace One, where they are responsible for implementing a robust methodology for estimating RFPs and improving the estimation process. Daniele also establishes a process, tools, and governance to manage and monitor project execution, review, scorecard, profitability, and resource forecasting. Additionally, Daniele fosters innovation and proposes scalable solutions aligned with market best practices.

Prior to their role at Trace One, Daniele worked at Selerant, where they held multiple positions. As the Global Head of Professional Services, they implemented and governed a methodology for estimating RFPs and created a learning process to enhance estimation accuracy. Daniele also established processes, tools, and governance to manage project execution, review, scorecard, profitability, and resource forecasting. In their role as Director of Professional Services, Daniele led a team of Project Managers and established a consolidated process based on PMI standards to ensure project execution within timelines and budgets. Daniele provided training and support throughout project activities.

Earlier in their career at Selerant, Daniele served as a Project Manager, leading projects from planning to closure and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Daniele also worked as an Application Specialist, collaborating with the Solution Architecture team to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions. Daniele configured and customized solutions according to requirements and performed unit testing before delivering them to customers. Additionally, Daniele worked as a Software Developer, analyzing and implementing .NET web and windows forms solutions and utilizing web services for client/server communication.

Before joining Selerant, Daniele worked at Ericsson as a System Administrator, responsible for maintaining Windows NT servers and workstations and providing help desk support.

Daniele Camanni, PMP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, and Economics from Empire State University from 2020 to 2023. Daniele also holds a High School Diploma in Computer Science from ITSOS Marie Curie at Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) earned from 1994 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Daniele has obtained several certifications. In February 2018, they completed the Exam 348: Managing Projects and Portfolios with Microsoft PPM from Microsoft. Daniele obtained the PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2019. In February 2016, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, also from the Project Management Institute.
