Julie Triolet has extensive work experience, starting in September 2010 at Franprix - Groupe Casino as the Responsable Qualité Epicerie Sucrée / Baby Food. Julie then moved on to Trace One in March 2011, where they worked as a Consultante fonctionnel et métier, Professional Services for five years until January 2016. After that, they took on the role of PLM Business Consultant Senior until September 2018. From September 2018 to March 2022, Julie worked as the Customer Learning & Education Manager, Europe at Trace One. Currently, they hold the position of Manager Customer Success Supplier & Learning Services at Trace One, starting in February 2022.

Following that, from 2007 to 2010, Julie studied at École Nationale Supérieure de Biologie Appliquée à la Nutrition et à l’Alimentation (ENSBANA), specializing in Dominante Industrie Agro-alimentaire et Santé Publique, and obtained their degree as an Ingénieur Agro-Alimentaire.
