Joel Robbie

Joel Robbie has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Joel is currently the Head of Sales and Growth at Trace since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at T-shirt Ventures as the Head of Growth from February 2022 to March 2023, and as the Head of Sales in January 2022. Before that, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Nod, a technology company focused on automating document creation and reporting, from February 2017 to January 2022. Joel also held the position of Non-Executive Director at Nod from December 2021 to November 2022.

Joel gained experience in the technology and telecommunication sector during their time at Telstra. Joel worked as a Business Development Manager in Big Data from April 2016 to February 2017. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior Account Executive from November 2014 to March 2016 and as an Account Executive from July 2013 to November 2014. Joel started their career at Telstra as a Business Graduate in February 2012, where they rotated through different roles every six months, including work in the National Broadband Network Team.

Additionally, Joel has experience in sports coaching, having worked as an Academy Coach for the Sydney Swans Ltd from February 2011 to December 2011. Joel also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Wollongong from October 2009 to December 2011. Earlier in their career, they served as a Manager at the Sherpa Kitchen Restaurant from November 2007 to September 2010.

Joel Robbie earned their Bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of Wollongong, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Caringbah Selective High School from 2000 to 2006.
