Douglas Austin is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in solutions architecture and data center management. Since May 2011, Douglas has held various leadership roles at Trace3, including Principal Solutions Architect, Director of DataCenter, and Technical Director, demonstrating expertise in delivering complex technical solutions. Prior to Trace3, Douglas served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Coventry Healthcare from December 2008 to June 2011 and worked as a Netbackup Storage Engineer at JPMorgan Chase from May 2006 to November 2008.
