Jay Anthony McDowell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jay Anthony started their career at PATLive.com as a Tech Support Head and Systems Engineer, where they provided 24X7 support for essential systems and implemented an enterprise backup solution. Following this, they joined Accenture as an Experienced Consultant, where they were involved in all phases of system development and build cycles, providing system design, administration, and network management for client/server environments.

McDowell then moved to BMC Software, where they served as an Architect, responsible for the design, implementation, and support of multiple BMC software product installation projects, with a focus on Datacenter Automation and Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud implementations. Jay Anthony also acted as a Solution Architect for BMC BladeLogic Server Automation software.

Next, they joined IT Consulting as a Cloud/Server Automation Engineer. In this role, they designed, implemented, and supported large-scale enterprise projects, focusing on Datacenter Automation and Cloud implementations using various software solutions and industry standards.

Subsequently, they became a Principal Architect at CSC, where their responsibilities included designing, implementing, and supporting CSC Agility software product installation projects, with a focus on Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud design and implementations. Jay Anthony also served as a Project Manager when required.

Currently, they are the VP of Operations at Trace3, where they oversee practice and organizational building, as well as identifying and closing key customer engagements. Jay Anthony is responsible for ensuring profitability, directing customer engagement for top-tier customers, and ensuring ongoing success and expansion of services.

Throughout their career, McDowell has shown expertise in various areas, including cloud services, project management, technical implementation, and customer relationship management.

Jay Anthony McDowell attended Florida State University from 1993 to 1997, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Jay Anthony then pursued their education further at the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Technology Management.
