Jeremy Chiu

Jeremy Chiu has extensive experience in corporate development, M&A, and investment banking. Jeremy currently holds the position of VP and Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Trace3 since 2022. Prior to this, Jeremy worked at WestSummit Capital starting in 2017, where they served as an Advisor and later as a Director. Jeremy also has experience as a Vice President in the M&A Group at Mooreland Partners (acquired by Stifel Financial Corp.) from 2008 to 2017, where they completed various M&A transactions with notable companies. Before that, Jeremy worked as an Analyst at Wedbush Securities from 2007 to 2008.

Jeremy Chiu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2006, they briefly attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, but did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study during that time.
