HR Manager at TraceGains

Chelsea Rogers is the current HR Manager at TraceGains. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Laradon from May 2016 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for driving and overseeing a positive Human Resources culture via strategic Human Capital management. This included working collaboratively with supervisors on vision, culture and development of team by using effective talent management strategies, overseeing the recruiting process, and working closely with employees to support Laradon’s values. Chelsea also oversaw the training function, prepared new job descriptions, and conducted job analyses and classification studies. In addition, they were responsible for identifying and implementing appropriate organization development strategies, administering workers' compensation and unemployment insurance claims, and managing all aspects of Family Medical Leave Act and Americans with Disabilities Act. Chelsea ensured that HR policies, procedures and practices were executed consistently, fairly and in compliance with local, state and federal law. Chelsea also participated in the development of Laradon's annual business plan and long-term strategic objectives.

Chelsea Rogers received their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler. Chelsea is currently pursuing their Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Houston.

Chelsea Rogers reports to Gary Nowacki, CEO. They work with David Guillen - Manager, Customer Education & Enablement, Steven Posey - VP, Finance & Administration, and Sarah Kline - HR Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development.
