Christelle Saint Fleur

Christelle Saint Fleur is a Training, Development, and DEI Specialist at TraceGains, where efforts include spearheading a company-wide DEIA initiative and leading the Employee Resource Group committee to enhance organizational belonging. Previous roles include a Learning and Development Specialist at TraceGains, where Christelle implemented an internal podcast, published a Culture of Learning Newsletter, and organized monthly webinars. At the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning, as Assistant Program Director, Christelle designed DEIB e-learning modules and integrated best practices into talent acquisition processes. Christelle's experience also includes serving as Assistant Program Manager at Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, improving learner engagement and program operations, and leading training initiatives as Training Team Lead at Youth Opportunities Unlimited, resulting in significant program growth. Christelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Duquesne University.
