Aishwarya Shinde

Aishwarya Shinde has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Aishwarya started their career as a Summer Internship at Krishak Bharati Co-operative Limited in 2015. Aishwarya then worked as an Apprentice at Surat people's co-op bank from September 2016 to March 2017. In 2018, they briefly worked as an HR Generalist at Larsen & Toubro. From 2019 to 2021, Aishwarya served as a Client Service Partner-Global payroll at Neeyamo. Aishwarya then joined Vodafone as a Senior Analyst in May 2021 and worked there until September 2022. Currently, they are working as a Payroll Specialist at TraceLink starting from September 2022.

Aishwarya Shinde's education history begins in 2013 when they started studying at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Surat. Aishwarya pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on finance, completing it in 2016.

In 2017, Aishwarya enrolled in MIT World Peace University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Aishwarya completed their MBA in 2019.

During their time at MIT World Peace University, Aishwarya also attended Singapore Management University in 2018 to further their studies in Executive Management, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Aishwarya has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In November 2020, they completed the "Excel for Business: Essentials" certification program offered by Macquarie University. Aishwarya also obtained certifications in "Introduction to Data Analytics" from IBM and "People Analytics" from the University of Pennsylvania, both obtained in October 2020.

Furthermore, Aishwarya acquired certification as an Income Tax Specialist from Henry Harvin in June 2023.
