Ajay Yadav

Ajay Yadav has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Ajay started their IT career at Persistent Systems as a Software Developer, where they worked on enterprise products in .Net technologies and gained expertise in backend technologies such as WCF, libraries, SQL DB, and Perl scripting. Ajay then progressed to the role of Senior Software Developer, taking on end-to-end module development and collaborating with architects on review and design options. Ajay further advanced to become a Module Lead, where they contributed to evaluating tech stacks for new projects and proposed an architectural design for a B2C customer project. Ajay'sexceptional vision and solution design skills were recognized by their manager.

Later, Ajay joined Tavisca, a cxLoyalty company, as a Technical Lead. Here, they played a significant role in driving their in-house product in the travel domain and worked on innovative ideas, including building an AWS S3 content manager service and evaluating MongoDB for data integrity and performance. Ajay then took on the position of Project Lead, managing multiple Statement of Work (SOW) projects simultaneously with teams of 5-7 members.

Moving on, Ajay became a Project Manager Scrum Master at Tavisca, leading a new project called 'Kenobi' from scratch on AWS native. Ajay served as a Scrum Master for the team and a Project Manager for stakeholders, growing the team to over 20 members within a year.

After that, Ajay joined NICE Ltd, where they initially worked as a Specialist Scrum Master, fostering an agile mindset and ensuring team collaboration and continuous improvement. Ajay then got promoted to the role of Tech Manager, leading two teams across different products and managing a total team size of 19.

Ajay's most recent role was at Freshworks as an Engineering Manager, where they oversaw engineering operations and project deliveries. Following this, they joined Compass as an Engineering Manager, and currently, they are employed as a Senior Engineering Manager at TraceLink.

Throughout their career, Ajay has consistently demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ajay Yadav completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2009. Before that, they completed their C.B.S.E 12 Boards in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya between 2003 and 2004. In addition, they completed their C.B.S.E 10 Board in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2001-2002.
