Amit Kataria has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amit started their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative at Orion Diallog (Bharti Cellular) and Voice e Connect. Amit then became a Senior Customer Service Representative at Voice e Connect, where they worked on sales campaigns for UK mobile service providers. In 2003, they joined Vanguard Info Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate Team Leader, and later moved to Core BPO (I) Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Team Leader.

Amit started as a Customer Success Manager for the APAC region and then moved up to become a Senior Manager of Customer Success for the Asia Pacific region. In these roles, they led customer success teams, surpassed SaaS renewal quotas, nurtured client relationships, and guided clients through the innovation lifecycle. Amit also advocated for clients, managed post-sales relationships, and drove customer feedback to product management and engineering.

Amit Kataria has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University.
