Amol Phatak Mba

Amol Phatak, MBA, PMP has extensive work experience in the field of data modeling, product management, and architecture. Amol is currently employed at TraceLink as a Senior Manager in Data Modeling Product Management. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager in the same department. Before joining TraceLink, Amol worked as a Senior Product Manager at another company. In 2019, they took a short sabbatical before moving to Pune, India. Before that, they worked at Cognizant as a Senior Manager and Architect. Amol's earlier experience includes working at the University of Texas at Dallas as a Decision Support Architect, where they managed and implemented solutions based on Oracle Business Intelligence tools. Amol also worked at Perficient as a Solution Architect, consulting for various industries and managing custom solutions and Oracle Business Intelligence projects. Amol started their career at Oracle Corp as a Senior Principal Consultant, where they consulted for several sectors and implemented solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence tools. Prior to Oracle, they worked at i-flex solution, Patni Computer Services, and Tata Infotech, gaining experience in software engineering, project management, and database administration.

Amol Phatak, MBA, PMP completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategy & MIS from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a MCM degree in Computer Management from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY from 1996 to 1998. Amol also holds a B. Sc degree in Statistics and Operations Research from R N Ruia College (Mumbai University), which they obtained from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Amol Phatak has obtained several certifications including a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2016 and an Oracle Business Intelligence Applications 7 for CRM Certified Implementation Specialist certification from Oracle University in January 2012.
