Brian Daleiden's work experience begins in 1988 when they worked as a Consultant and Lead Software Developer for Notable Systems Inc. Brian then moved on to Icom Inc in 1989, where they worked as a Product Manager and Lead Software Developer. In 1994, they joined Rockwell Software as a Business Unit Leader for Human Machine Interface before transitioning to the role of Global Account/Microsoft Strategic Alliance Manager. At Catalyst International, Brian held the positions of Director of SAP Programs and Director of Strategic Alliances and Creative Marketing from 2000 to 2002. Brian worked at Sears Roebuck & Co. as a Business Process Improvement Analyst for a summer project in 2004. From 2005 to 2009, Brian worked at SupplyScape as a Director of Product Marketing and later as a Director of Product and Corporate Marketing. Brian then co-founded TraceLink in 2009, where they served as Vice President of Marketing and Co-founder until 2014. From 2014 to 2022, Brian worked at TraceLink as the Vice President of Industry Marketing before assuming their current role as Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Communications, and Community in 2022.

Brian Daleiden attended Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing and Corporate Strategy. Prior to that, from 1982 to 2002, they studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Brian Daleiden also holds a GS1 Fundamentals Certificate from GS1 US, which they obtained in July 2018.
