Franco Besso Pianetto has a diverse work experience spanning various technical support and engineering roles. Franco began their career in 2003 as an Electronic Technician at GND Electronica. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Harriague Asociados. In 2009, they joined EDS Argentina SA as a Delivery Cons II at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they also held the role of Unix Midrange at HP Enterprise Services. In 2014, they joined Phorm as a NOC Shift Engineer, responsible for managing CentOS and analyzing system performance. In 2016, they moved to Semafone as a Support Engineer. Currently, since 2018, they are working at TraceLink as a Technical Support Engineer, providing support for enterprise-level software applications with a focus on Linux CENTOS administration and troubleshooting customer issues.

Franco Besso Pianetto completed their education at the Colegio Universitario IES from 2008 to 2012. Franco obtained a degree in Analista de Sistemas (Systems Analyst) during this time. In addition to their formal education, Franco has obtained various certifications. In 2012, they became a Novell Certified Linux Administrator for Suse Linux Enterprise 11. Franco also obtained an LPIC-1 certification from the Linux Professional Institute in April 2012. Later, in January 2020, Franco obtained the Track & Trace Services Certified Administrator certification from TraceLink. Lastly, in March 2023, they earned the Russia Compliance Specialist certification also from TraceLink.
