Joy Case

Joy Case has extensive experience as a technical writer, with their earliest role at Opticom, Inc. where they wrote and maintained manuals and in-app help for service management applications. Joy then moved on to NextChoice, Inc. where they continued to write and maintain manuals for smart self-service solutions. At College for America at Southern New Hampshire University, they documented the competency-based online degree program. Joy then worked at Motivis Learning as a senior technical writer, documenting the Motivis LRM product. After that, they worked as a contractor at Bullhorn Jobscience, where they wrote technical documentation and in-app help for staffing and recruitment software. Joy'smost recent role was at Curriculum Associates as a senior technical writer, where they worked closely with various teams to create content for the i-Ready product, serving millions of students daily. Currently, they hold the position of Senior User Experience Writer at TraceLink.

Joy Case has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Joy also holds a Technical Writing Certificate from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Additionally, they obtained the Pendo Essentials certification from Pendo.io in March 2021.
