Senior Global Manager, Network Success at TraceLink

Karen Buley has a diverse work experience spanning across two companies. Karen started their career at Panduit in 2005 and worked as a Customer Service Supervisor until 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they served as an EDI/B2B Engagement Specialist EMEA.

In 2017, Karen joined TraceLink as an NSM Network Success Manager and held this position until 2018. Karen then took on the role of Team Lead, Network Success - International from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they were promoted to Manager, Network Success - International, where they managed a team of 13 Network Success Managers across offices in the UK, India, and Poland. Their responsibilities included providing support to EMEA and APAC regions, coordinating daily operations, onboarding Trade Partner companies, and training new team members.

In 2020, Karen was promoted to Global Manager, Network Success, a position they held until February 2023. Currently, they serve as the Senior Global Manager, Network Success at TraceLink, a role they started in March 2023.

Karen Buley attended Europa-Universitaet Viadrina Frankfurt/Oder from 1992 to 1995, where they studied Jura. Karen obtained several additional certifications in various topics from LinkedIn, including storytelling, leading a customer-centric culture, Six Sigma foundations, supply chain foundations, coaching employees through difficult situations, working remotely, time management, conflict competence, negotiation skills, problem-solving techniques, getting things done, learning Jira software, stories every leader should tell, learning cloud computing core concepts, and customer service serving internal customers. The certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2022.
