Mark Kretschmann

Mark Kretschmann has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Mark started their career as a Systems Engineering Intern at Xerox Corporation in 2003. Mark then worked as a Graduate Research Intern at Sun Microsystems, where they conducted research on electronic prognostics and contributed to the technology transfer for incorporating this technology into Sun's server line and system software.

After that, Mark worked as a Software Engineer at OpenText from 2006 to 2008. Mark then joined PeerPlace Networks LLC as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, Mark joined Brand Networks, where they held multiple roles. Mark started as a Principal Engineer and later became a Software Architect. During their time at Brand Networks, Mark designed, built, and brought to market disruptive and pivotal Social Media Marketing & Advertising platform technology and products. Mark also conducted technical due diligence for capital injections and inquiries for acquired companies. Mark partnered with well-known social media platforms and business teams to lead, architect, and engineer products and solutions for prominent brands.

In 2017, Mark joined Innovative Solutions as a Senior Software Architect. Mark worked there until 2018, when they joined TraceLink as an Engineering Manager, Platform.

Overall, Mark Kretschmann has extensive experience in software engineering, research, and leadership roles in the technology industry, with a strong focus on social media marketing and advertising platforms.

Mark Kretschmann attended West Genesee High School from 1997 to 2001. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Rochester, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Mark studied at the University from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Mark Kretschmann obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2018.
