Melissa Scaccia has a diverse work experience in various quality and compliance roles. Melissa is currently working at TraceLink as a Team Lead, Regulatory and Quality Compliance, where they manage client-vendor relationships and responds to audit findings. Prior to that, they worked as a Regulatory & Quality Compliance Specialist, Senior at the same company. Before joining TraceLink, Melissa worked at Energetiq Technology, Inc. as a Quality Specialist, where they maintained and reported quality KPIs and led the implementation of a new Quality Management System (QMS) software. Melissa also has experience as a Quality Specialist at Covaris, where they managed the global product change control process and performed quality reviews. Melissa's previous roles include Quality Specialist positions at Belmont Instrument Corporation and Boston Analytical, where they handled change control requests and managed document distribution. Melissa began their career as an Inside Sales Representative and Sales Assistant at bisco industries.

Melissa Scaccia obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Rivier University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Rivier University and completed their studies from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Melissa Scaccia obtained the ASQ Certified Quality Auditor certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in October 2021.
