Monica Razdan

Monica Razdan has a range of work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Monica began their career as a Summer Intern at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., where they conducted research on employee engagement. From there, Monica held roles such as Recruitment Consultant at Santane Limited, Executive- Talent Acquisition at Onward Technologies, and HR Talent Acquisition - Technology Hiring at Jio. Monica then transitioned to the role of Technical Recruiter at Karza Technologies Private Limited before becoming a Senior Technical Recruiter at TraceLink, where they currently work. In addition to their recruitment experience, Monica also has a background in operations as an Associate Liner Operations at Maersk Global Service Centres (India) Pvt. Ltd.
