Nick Camelio is currently the Chief People Officer at TraceLink. Nick has extensive experience in Human Resources, having served as the Chief People Officer and SVP of Human Resources at Demandware from April 2011 to January 2017. During their time at Demandware, they helped the company grow from $56.5M to $237.3M in revenue and 100 employees to more than 1,000 worldwide.

Nick has global oversight of Human Resources, Administrative, and Facilities staff and programs. Nick has designed global recruitment engines and HR business partner support models, led programs to codify Operating Principles and Company mission/values, and established HR policies, practices, and systems, including the deployment of Workday for all geographies, including North America, EMEA, and APAC. Nick has also executed M&A activities, integrating multiple companies with 15 to 200 employees.

Most recently, Nick led the diligence efforts, integration, and change management related to the successful acquisition of Demandware by Salesforce.com in July 2016.

Nick Camelio has a BS in Business Administration from Bentley University and is certified as a Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional from WorldatWork.

Their manager is Shabbir Dahod, President & CEO. They are on a team with Kevin Young - Chief Marketing Officer, Rinus Strydom - Chief Revenue Officer, and Bob Sturim - CTO.
