Sonal Arora

Sonal Arora currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for APAC at TraceLink, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sonal worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager for India at AppDirect from August 2022 to June 2023. Experience in the field includes serving as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Netcracker Technology from July 2015 to August 2022, and as a Human Resources Executive at Saturn Infotech, Inc. in 2014-2015. Sonal began the career as a Human Resources Associate at Symbiosis Skills & Open University (SSOU) from 2013 to 2014. Educational qualifications include an Executive Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, completed between December 2021 and January 2023, and a Master's degree in Business Management and Finance from Awadesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa.
