Timothy Doane

Timothy Doane, CPA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Timothy began their career as a Senior Staff Accountant at Star Markets Company, Inc. in 1996. Timothy then moved on to work as a Controller at ScanCenters of America, Inc. in 1997, and later as an Assistant Controller at EPIX Medical, Inc. from 1998 to 2001.

In 2001, Timothy joined Websense, Inc. as a Controller, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth from $35M to $180M in annual revenue. Timothy was responsible for guiding worldwide financial reporting and leading a successful project compliance team. During their tenure at Websense, the company was acquired by Raytheon.

From 2007 to 2008, Timothy served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Gomez, Inc., a pre-IPO SaaS software company. During this time, the company's revenue grew from $20M to $50M, leading to its acquisition by Compuware Corp.

Most recently, Timothy has been working at TraceLink since 2015 as the Senior Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller. In this role, they oversee various responsibilities related to financial reporting and audits.
