Will Fleury

Will Fleury has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Will started their career in 2009 as the Founder of Pro Manage Technology Ltd, where they contributed to the company's growth until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, Will worked at IBM as a Technical Solution Architect. Following their time at IBM, they joined Boxever in 2013 as a Lead Software Engineer before being promoted to Principal Engineer/Architect from 2014 to 2017. Will then moved on to Teradata in 2017, where they held the role of AnalyticOps (ModelOps) Global Service Leader until 2022. From 2022 to 2023 at Teradata, they served as the Director of Engineering responsible for the new Vantage ModelOps product and engineering group. Currently, in 2023, Will is employed as the Director of Engineering at Tracer.

Will Fleury received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering from the University of Galway, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Engineering (Decision Theory) from the same institution and graduated in the years 2010.
