Terry Kilburn

Terry Kilburn has extensive experience in various leadership and operational roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director at Tracers Information Specialists, Inc. since June 1996, Terry oversees the development of online database products that assist organizations in fraud prevention, application verification, and asset location. Prior to this, Terry worked at Corrections Corporation of America as an Intake & Property Officer, managing the security and processing of offenders and their belongings, while also being a member of the Tactical Response Team. Terry's entrepreneurial background includes owning Excalibur Cable, which provided engineering and construction services to the cable television industry, and a foundational role as an Engineer in the U.S. Army, specializing in combat operations and construction. Education was pursued at Pasco-Hernando State College from 1981 to 1983.
