Valeria Konytcheva

Valeria Konytcheva has 10 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Valeria began their career in 2011 as a Human Resources Intern at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc., rag & bone, Christie's, and thebigword. In 2012, they moved to Mimeo.com as a Human Resources Generalist. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Cantor Fitzgerald as a Special Projects Manager and AVP, Human Resources Generalist. In 2017, they joined Dentsu Aegis Network as a Human Resources Manager. In 2020, they moved to Degreed as a Director, People and in 2021, they became Head of People at Trace Soccer.

Valeria Konytcheva completed their BSc in Psychology from The University of Auckland in 2007-2009. Valeria then went on to receive their BSc(Hons) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Auckland in 2009-2010. In 2010-2012, they obtained their MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College. In 2018, they attended New York University for a Mergers and Acquisitions Intensive. Most recently, in 2020, they earned an ICF Accredited Certificate in Coaching for Transformation from the New Zealand Institute of Coaching.
